Terms and Conditions

1. Services

175 Productions provides professional videography services, including but not limited to event coverage and real estate media. By booking a session, the Client agrees to the terms outlined herein.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your date.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the shoot may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

  • In the event of inclement weather (for Real Estate/Outdoor events), we will offer one complimentary reschedule date based on availability.

4. Usage Rights & Licensing

  • Real Estate: Licenses are typically non-transferable and valid for the duration of the listing.

  • Personal Events: The Client is granted a personal use license. 175 Productios retains the right to use footage for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Delivery

Standard turnaround time is 48 hours for Real Estate / 4 weeks for Events. We strive for punctuality but are not liable for delays caused by technical failures or third-party platforms.
